1. Purchase Agreement

• (e) Acknowledge that the products purchased from this website may be locked and inaccessible to you (only a compatible game can access its contents).
• (f) Agree not to circumvent the locked files' security measures.

2. Payment Terms

We utilize Stripe and PayPal for payment processing, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about devices connecting to its services and uses this information to operate and improve its services, including fraud detection. 3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed by Stripe in the event of a dispute. Refunds may be considered only if you have not accessed the digital download files associated with your order (a log of this information is maintained and may be used as evidence with Stripe if you file a dispute).

In the case of an accidental double purchase of the same item, provided that the files have not been downloaded, we can issue a refund or offer store credit for the amount of the duplicated product purchase. To achieve this, you will need to contact us via our ticket system (see Section 4).

4. Support and Eligibility

Customer support is available via our Discord Server. Our primary focus is to assist customers encountering technical difficulties with our products. Before providing support, we will verify that you legally own the product for which you are seeking assistance and that it is associated with your account. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, rude, defamatory behavior, or entitlement. We reserve the right to close any support requests exhibiting such behavior without prior notice. Additionally, if you violate our Terms and Conditions, we are not obliged to provide further support. Breaking this term will automatically enforce Section 11.

5. Accuracy of Information

Despite our best efforts, information on this website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date. All specifications, products, descriptions, and prices of products on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. All materials found on this website, including but not limited to software, downloadable files, text, artwork, photographs, images, video, and audio (collectively, "Materials") are protected under intellectual property law and are the property of Zeemods (unless otherwise stated) or its licensors.

7. Product Updates

Zeemods reserves the right to provide product updates at its discretion when deemed necessary, such as addressing issues or ensuring compatibility with other software, including updated or altered versions of the same software or systems. The development of updates will depend on available time and resources and will be delivered to customers as promptly as reasonably feasible. If a product undergoes a comprehensive overhaul (e.g., utilizing entirely new audio recordings, and/or overhaul of the FMOD project), Zeemods may, at times, opt to launch the revised product as a separate offering. Customers who purchased the original version of the product will not be automatically entitled to a complimentary upgrade to the new and revamped product.

8. Variations in Sound Packs

Zeemods may release multiple sound packs for the same engine type, utilizing recordings from different exhaust diameters. As exhaust size can significantly influence the sound produced by an engine, these variations in sound packs provide customers with a range of audio experiences. Zeemods reserves the right to create and offer such sound packs at its discretion to cater to the diverse preferences of its customers and to cover costs involved in recording sessions.

9. Communication

Zeemods will communicate with customers regarding future developments or product updates as necessary. However, customers cannot hold the company responsible or liable for any delays in communication. The speed of communication is contingent upon various factors, and Zeemods strives to provide timely updates when feasible.

10. Email Confidentiality

All emails and any attachments sent from Zeemods to the customer are strictly private and confidential, intended solely for the recipient to whom they are addressed. Unauthorized disclosure, copying, distribution, or any other use of the content of these emails is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify the sender immediately and delete the email and any attachments from your system.

11. Right to Refuse Sales

Zeemods reserves the right to refuse sales to any individual or entity at its sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, situations where a customer has engaged in defamatory behavior or has caused harm to the business or the reputation of its owner. Such decisions will be made in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also be banned from all of our social channels.

12. Unauthorized Sharing and Consequences

Customers are strictly prohibited from sharing files purchased from this website or any associated download links with third parties, including reselling. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of purchased files or download links is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in legal action, as well as the refusal of sale at Zeemods' sole discretion, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Breaking this term will automatically enforce Section 11.

13. Protection of Downloadable Files and Intellectual Property

The downloadable files available on this website are protected and locked to safeguard our intellectual property. These files are designed to be accessed and read by the compatible game only. Any attempt to open, access, or modify these locked files using unconventional means or methods is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our Terms and Conditions. Breaking this term will automatically enforce Section 11.

14. Product Availability and Promotions

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase or offered for sale at our sole discretion. Additionally, we may offer limited-time promotions or discounts on specific products without prior notice. Please note that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are subject to change at any time without notice.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
